The Destoner is a piece of equipment fixed in position which enables the removal of the pumice stone from the jeans in a fully automatic way.
The Destoner is a piece of equipment fixed in position and characterised by a rotating drum and automatic loading device (a tilter). At the end of the stone-wash process, the jeans are unloaded from the washer into a trolley and then automatically loaded into the drum of the Destoner. This last phase is carried out in such a way as to enable the pumice to fall to the bottom of the Destoner where it is collected in a trolley. An oil-pressure tilting system facilitates the flow of the items.
Three models designed for different production needs, without ever compromising on top Tonello quality. These machines are fitted with a high-speed centrifuge and are ideal for sampling using different washing processes.
The G1 70 is the queen of sampling machines, ideal for testing and perfecting the various washing and dyeing cycles. It faithfully reproduces the processes, effects and performance of production machines: liquor ratio, mechanical action and results. This makes it easy to transfer the recipes directly to production machines with the same liquor ratio, achieving the same results. Equipped with a low-speed extractor.
An innovative and flexible range sold all over the world. The principal innovations are the balancing system and reduction in size and water consumption. Adapted to carry out any type of wash and a variety of garment finishings. Equipped with a high-speed extractor.
The Stone Dispenser is a container positioned on the top of the washer which automatically measure out the right dosage of pumice stone.
